ok...I can explain.

well I really have no words for what I experienced.

All I know is that it was an adventure I will never forget. I just cant believe how many photos I took, most of which will not be seen by the general public, however, heres a generous view into my life and my friends as we all step into the bad side.

Mardi Gras.
This magic moment.
I didnt realize her "situation" until the next morning.
.....Festive.
This guy Dee is the [man]
he throws these lavish parties at Whiskey Park inside the W hotel.
.....shameless plug.

Kyle and his cool jacket.  Festive right?!
There was a clever name for this drink but basically it was everclear with marijuana
...only in college.
Hand Grenade!!
Dee and Randi.
I just really felt her outfit it was so comfortable yet fashion
forward. and her bag was real so that was a plus.
fresh faces.
Suicide DOORS!!
an indian man in the french quarters made me a necklace with my
birth stone.
you know i had to get my Beignets (spellcheck)
At first i definitely thought this was ice but it turned out to be
Filth.
The Bourbon Street rules.
This entire trip was just full of random photo opportunities.
....arent those the best trips?

Im all black and blue

Live life as a treasure hunt and not a surprise party. Life’s goals are achieved starting with a visual approach.

what’s your approach?

who's your inspiration?

I feel like I’m the only one sad about John being fired from Dior. I mean yes, what he said was completely out of line, However, I think he could have been punished differently. Possibly a public apology? docked pay?....firing seems kind of harsh...right? Galliano was Dior. Now Im hearing that Sarah Burton (the CD of Alexander Mcqueen) may be taking over the Dior house as well ( ._.) I smell drama.

Gossip Gossip.
My favorite model of the moment, he is killing the fashion scene in menswear and especially womenswear. I believe if McQueen was alive Andrej would be his MUSE. *cues sarah burton* his femininity makes him a hot commodity in this industry because after all, models are just mannequins.

Genitals sold separately.

Im loving this new spring summer trend. Digital tees. They are beautiful and they can be timeless with a moving message. These tees are a reminder of how beautiful the environment can be if we all just sit back and enjoy it. Get your tee ( Im eyeing the Thanksiceland tee)

Holy SHIT is right this Burberry Prorsum biker jacket is the most amazing jacket I’ve seem in many moons. It reminds me of the whole rebel grunge era i barely lived through. I really happy to see that Burberry moved away from the cookie cutter white collar scene. I feel like when they design Prorsum they are constantly taking shots of vodka. (which I love)

This should speak for itself....loling all the way to the bank.

"Set it off 2” Guess who’s playing Jada Pinkett? This era of black leather and bad attitudes brings a small smile to my face. I just need the good intentions to follow. Whats up with people when they wear all black? They just instantly become evil and emotionally intense. *takes a shot of apple cider*

Sarah Burton is keeping fashion alive with her FW/11 "Ice Queen" collection for Alexander McQueen. It gives me an Avant Garde Wedding. Two brides. No groom. One guest. Me.

Well I said all I can say. Fashion is my Life. Life is Fashion.

The Process with Progress.

Like the old saying goes "good things come to those who wait" Im thinking to myself "What am I waiting for?" Im trying to live a dream here.
Im on this earth to inspire others and make people feel good about themselves inside and out. I came to that realization when I started "Brandon Murphy" this dream of being a "respected" designer means too much to me to just give up.
and to the people that know me...
you know how serious I take this. I put my heart and soul into my collections.
and when it all comes down to it, simply,
I just want to make clothes.
I love the feeling of making people feel beautiful. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

my newest collection

is coming along amazingly! Im shooting the Film promotion for the collection on saturday. But don't worry ill be sure to have some photo coverage up until the big reveal of the promo. OH did I mention "BAD Dream" will be a short film?
SURPRISE SURPRISE.

heres a little sneak of a piece from the collection.

Who's party is this?

It was the most random, sloppy "Night at the Roxbury" type night I've ever had. My neck is still sore from the rapid head movements. From the "garment criminals" to the girl with the "Bread Head"

Bread Head: a mixture of braids and dreads amalgamated to one skull. [adjective]. As a firm believer in FREEDOM everyone should have a chance to let go and fly. We passed the smiles around like the last stogie. With the abundance of laughter and enjoyment rumbling the walls the authorities came to play.
Party over.

Fill my cup with good memories.
.....or lack there of.
Lets make bad decisions.
Party with us below!
